FORTSCHRITT!! :D

Huhu, mit dem heutigen Tag hab ich die 30%-Marke meines Kostüms gepackt :D
Dabei hab ich mich an meiner %-Liste orientiert, welche sich folgendermassen zusammensetzt:

For this rating i used my %-list, which consists of following: (I'm sorry about the German List, but you can probably see that every item is made of at least two things: The simple thing (like coat etc) and the ornamentation. The main items are - read from above: Wig, coat, belt, dress, skirt, sash, shoes, jewelry)

...hab ich heute in der Tat meinen Schmuck (bis auf den halbfertigen Armreif) fertiggestellt x3 Bin mega glücklich und zufrieden!
Und jetzt~ *Trommelwirbel* die Kette und die Ohrringe! Biddeschö~n!

Mit dem, was ich bis heute alles erreicht hab, fällt mir echt ein Stein vom Herzen <.<
Apropos Stein:
Habe einen Versuch im Giessen von meinem Schmuckstein gemacht, da ich ja partout nicht den richtigen finden konnte <.<

Also, I had my first try with casting resin, after not finding the fitting stone anywhere <.<

Das kam dabei raus - von links nach rechts: Reines Giessharz, einmal gemischt mit Harzfarben, und einmal mit Nagellack gefärbt. Wie man sehen kann läufts auf den Pinken ganz links raus, bei dem ich auch schon mit der Bearbeitung angefangen hab.. aber so viel hab ich ja noch nicht XD (Der Mittlere schaut nach Erdbeersahne aus XD)

 Here you see the outcome of the variant versions i tried. From the left to the right side: Pure casting-resin, then one mixed with resin-colours and the last one coulored with nailpolish. You can see it will result in the violet one on the right, i already started to work on it.

Nächste Woche gibts sicher mehr von meiner "Krone"

Schmucker Schmuck

Oje, das Cosplay wird immer teuerer <.<
War heute in Laufen (CH) und habe mich in der Perlewält ( http://www.perlewält.ch/ ) mit Perlen und Verschlüssen etc eingedeckt...
Irgendwie war viel weniger eingeplant.. u.u aber gut, jetz hab ich immerhin Cosplay-Schmuck im Wert von insgesamt 110 Euronen.. oder mehr.

Leider war es zeitaufwendiger als gedacht, die Gussteile zu versäubern. (wie immer..)  Deswegen heute nur  Progressfotos ;)

In Bronze gegossen, hier zur Bearbeitung an meinem Arbeitsplatz :D Casted in bronze, here for machining at my workplace :D

Sadly, it took much longer to finish the casted pieces than i thought (as always..) That's why i can give only progress-shots to you for now ;)

Kurzes Update zwischendurch

Eigentlich bin ich die ganze Zeit am werken, aber so viele sichtbare Ergebnisse kann ich iwie noch nicht vorweisen...
Heute habe entgegen allen Plänen doch mit dem Instrument angefangen XD Hatte nach 4 Stunden aber keine Kraft mehr um weiter zu machen <.< Progressfotos gibts morgen oder wenn ich einfach weiter bin... brauch dazu ne Feile (kann ich zum Glück von meinem Arbeitsplatz leihen) und Schleifpapier für meinen Dreiecksschleifer.

Ausserdem kann man sich auf den Schmuck freuen :D Wenns gut geht ist der morgen auch fertig ;)

Damit man noch was Produktives sehen kann: Hier meine Wig, fast fertig! Krone und Zöpfe werden in ner Woche oder so hoffentlich vorzeigbar.


Today i worked on my cos the whole time , but unfortunately there is not much progress to be seen...
I started - contrary to my plans - with the instrument. But even after 4 hours of hard work there isn't enough progress visible to show a picture of it to you <.<
I hope that will change tomorrow, or the next time I'll work on the instrument again. I'll need a file file for that (luckily I allowed to borrow one at my workplace) and sandpaper.

You can also look forward to seeing my jewelry :D As long as everything goes acording to  plan I'll finish it tomorrow ;)

The only thing I'm able to show you today is my wig. It's nearly done; just missing the ponytails and the crown... I am going to work on that throughout the next few days ,I might be able to reveal the finished wig next week to you  ;)

So schaut mein Wohnzimmer im Moment aus.. That's what my living room looks like atm..

Aller Anfang ist - aufräumen ._.

Mein Plan für heute bestand aus wenigen, einfachen und schaffbaren Dingen:
- Wig soweit fertigmachen dass man nur noch Zöpfe und Krone hinzufügen muss
- das Minikleid nähen

- Sewing the mini dress

Hier übringes mal ein Überblick, wie ich mir die Sache vorgestellt habe.. A sketch how i have planned the cos

Derzeitiger Status:
- Wig ist immer noch halbfertig...

- Wig is still half-finished

Zwischenstand gestern Abend Status yesterday evening

Ich bin an der Frage hängen geblieben, wie ich am besten den Übergang von Haupthaar zu Odango kaschieren soll.. eigentlich hatte ich dafür die kleinen runterhängenden Strähnen geplant.
Das würde dann wie folgt aussehen:

I stopped at the problem that i don't know how to do the passage between wig and odango.. I planned to use the two hairstrands for that.
It would look more or less like this:
Beides provisorisch drübergelegt, einmal blosser Haarstrang, einmal mit Zopf. Obwohl die Zopfvariante nicht explizit in der Vorlage auftaucht (man erkennt allerdings auch nicht dass es anders ist ;D) würde ich sie vorziehn. Finde ich einfach eleganter - Meinungen dazu? o.o

Both are done just temporary. Shall i braid it (like on the upper odango on the pic) or just wrap the pure loose hair around the odango (as seen on the odango below)? <.<  I prefer the braid method, i think it looks more elegant.. Opinions, anyone? o.o


Der zweite Teil des Tagesplans fiel aus - aus dem einfachen Grund, dass ich vergessen hatte in welchem Chaos das Arbeitszimmer versunken war (seit dem letzten Kostüm mehr oder minder Abstellraum..)
Immerhin habe ich nach heute einen wunderschönen Nähplatz..

At least now i have  a awesome sewing-place :D

Resultat nach stundenlanger Arbeit :D Will noch eine Pinnwand für Kostümreferenzen an der Wand hinter der Nähmaschine. After hours of tidying up and cleaning :D i still need a pinboard, where i can pin my references on :)

... welchen ich dann noch genutzt habe, um den für die Classic Sona schnell zusammen"geschneiderten" Reifrock zu pimpen :D Hab leider vergessen, ein Vorher-Foto zu machen - aber is vllt auch besser so XD

Bin eigentlich doch ganz zufrieden für heute - wenn ich die Wig noch ansatzweise fertig bekomme <.<
Allerdings denke ich dass ich eher noch ein wenig an der Bordüre für die Ärmel sticken werde - und dann flott ins Bett ;) Gute Nacht!

Anyhow it's more likely that i'll work on the embroidery of the sleeves' bordure - and then go to bed quickly ;) Good night!

Vorstellung meines aktuellen Projekts

Hallo alle zusammen! :D

Ab heute hab ich also einen Blog. Er wird garantiert nicht regelmässig geführt, aber hier kann man so ziemlich das aktuellste über meine Cosplayfortschritte enthalten ;)
